In this video, a precision-ground mold steel block — pre-drilled to customer specs — undergoes double-sided surface grinding. As the grinding wheel moves back and forth, coolant continuously sprays to reduce heat and ensure a smooth, clean finish. This is part of our finishing process after CNC cutting and drilling.
